Complete Toilet block is built one piece in Fiber Composite. The body is 15 mm thick with Foam sandwiched between two layers of 2.5 mm Fiber layers. All the corners are in radius. Accessories details are as follows,
FASTENERS
High-quality pilfers-resistant SS screws and Flat head Nutserts are used for the assembly of fittings. All fitment points post-assembly are covered complete for both aesthetic and pilfer resistance.
PLUMBING SYSTEM
All pipes and pipe connections are provided with IS quality PVC pipes. The connection fittings of this system are completely leak-proof and made of non-corroding materials. It is possible to isolate different circuits for repairs without complete dismantling. The repair of concealed pipelines can be done by means of removal of inspection cover given outside the stall.
WATER TAPS
All the water taps shall be of stainless steel and self-closing type. The tap is of high quality with an aesthetic appearance and shall provide trouble-free service. Anti-pilferage arrangements are provided.
FLUSHING SYSTEM
Flushing valve is provided as per specifications. It is concealed and easy to operate. Flushing system is such that water jet is provided all around the squatting pan/commode so that perfect flushing is ensured.
LAVATORY PAN
The lavatory squatting pan is of high quality ceramic and as per
specification.
WESTERN COMMODE
A ceramic commode is provided as per specification.
HANDLES
Stainless steel handles are as per specification and is provided at location as per the specifications.
LITTER BIN
Fiber Composite Litter bin is provided as per specification.
TOILET DOOR ASSEMBLY
Fiber Composite Toilet door assembly is as per specification fitted with stainless steel latches as per the specifications.
